Succes Is Failure Turned Inside Out

Sometimes what looks like failure is actually the labor pains of giving birth to your SUCCESS. Jesus looked like a failure on His way to the cross. He looked down and out. The Bible tells us that he did not even open his mouth, but was like a lamb going to the slaughter. He let them strip him of his clothes and torture him. The people standing at the foot of the cross said "He saved others yet himself he cannot save." Then Jesus cried out "It is finished." Notice he did not say "I'am Finished." So aways remember WHEN THINKS GO WRONG AS THEY SOMETIMES WILL WHEN THE ROAD YOUR TRUDGING SEEMS ALL UP HILL. WHEN THE FUNDS ARE LOW AND THE DEBTS ARE HIGH WHEN YOU WANT TO LAUGH BUT YOU HAVE TO SIGH. WHEN THE CARES OF LIFE ARE PRESSING U DOWN A BIT REST IF YOU MUST BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT QUIT.

FAILURE

WHAT IS FAILURE? Many of us give up to easy. In all honesty most of us give up before we even try. We tend to label tempory setbacks as failure. Have you ever heard the saying "A SETBACK IS A SETUP FOR A COME BACK". You are the only one who can determine that you are a failure. But think about it, as long as you have air in your lunges you can try again and again and again. When you are knocked down, if you can look up you can get up. Its time that we made up our minds that FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION. Last night I watched a young man name Michael Lynch sing his heart out on American Idol to stay in the competition. Michael found himself about to lose his dream and he sang like his life depended on it. Its time that we all start to persue our dreams like our lives depend on it cuz it does.

L.U.C.K.

This morning during my meditation I was interupted by my six year old nephew, Devonte. He normally sleeps so soundly that it is hard for his mom to get him up for school. However it seems that the quietness of my silence was enough to wake him...LOL Then I thought maybe just maybe GOD woke my nephew up so that HE could use him to be my messenger this morning. Im reminded of the scripture which says "And a little child shall lead them". Devonte saw me sitting quietly with my eyes closed and asked "Uncle Dwayne are you Meditating"? I knodded my head yes and he simply said "Good luck" and left the room. We all have people in our lives that appear to have good luck. Good things seem to follow them everywhere. Actually a person who has good LUCK is Living Under Correct Knowledge. In essence good things happen because the lucky person believes that good thinks will happen. When good things do happen to that person, everyone around them calls them lucky thereby confirming the lucky persons belief. Each one of us has the power to become a lucky person when we begin to Live Under Correct Knowledge.

ARRIRMATION: I LIVE UNDER CORRECT KNOWLEDGE AND GOOD THINGS HAPPEN TO ME NOW.

THE MIRACLE HAS MENIFESTED

We Live in a world were miracles happen everyday. Life itself is a wonderful miracle, if you have ever seen someone give birth you would know this for sure. The planet we live on is a miracle, for the bible tells us that it was called in to existance by GOD from the invisable to the visable simply by HIS spoken word. When we think about miracles we think about something that goes against the natural order of things. Remember the story of Jesus turning water into wine in John chapter two? When you read the story you will see that Jesus did not touch the water or the pots containing the water. He did not say anything special over the water or bless it in any way. He told the servants to fill the pots to the brim and draw out, and the MIRACLE WAS MANIFESTED. When we fill our minds with spiritual, positive and uplifting thoughts, when the people we meet draw out of from us the MIRACLE WILL BE MANIFESTED.

Excitement Eve

Here we are Christmas Eve 2009 most of us are excited about what will happen tomorrow. The next time we will be this excited is New years eve. As you can see it is not the eve that we are excited about, but it is the expectation of the next day. It's hard for many of us to generate this kind of excitement on Sunday eve before returning to work on Monday. What im trying to get you to see is that its all a state of MIND. You can create this eve excitement anytime you want all you have to do is give yourself a reason to be excited about the next day. Think about it thats all you do for Christmas and New years eve. In your MIND you anticipate the next days events and you look upon them with gladness. You can do that anytime you want, any day you want. so why don't you try it. I challenge you to create and eve for yourself and get excited just as if it were Christmas eve or New years eve.

THREE KEYS TO HAPPINESS

If you were to ask 100 people what they wanted, most would probable say happiness. Most people think that happiness can be obtained by something outside of themselves. In all honesty happiness is nothing more than a state of mind. Abraham Lincoln said "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be". There are three things you can do to promote your happiness. 1. Control your thoughts, 2. Control your words and 3. Control your focus. I call this The Divine Prescription for Happiness. The external things should not make you happy but enhance your happiness.
